John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band

In 2021, I was contacted by Sean Lennon to make a series of animations to commemorate the 50th Anniversary Remaster of the incredible John Lennon/Plastic Ono record. I have been a huge fan of this record since I was a kid, so I was pretty jazzed to work on this. Working closely with Sean Lennon, my main man Josh Raskin, Jerry Levitan, and Simon Hilton, we made these little wonders over the course of a month. I did all the drawing bits, and Josh made em’ move around.

Original style-frame I made at the beginning of the process. Sean Lennon loved the style, and this carried through the whole project.
